Rubber rubbing is recommended in the equipment containing high precision roller, scraping plate, rubber plate drying device, usually the distance between the roller and the scraper is controlled between 0.3-0.4mm, to the thickness of rubber. In the process of adhesive preparation, it is necessary to use a thickness meter to check the thickness of adhesive cloth in time.

3. Vulcanization of rubber clip cloth

The rubber clip cloth is generally carried out in the plate vulcanizing machine or injection vulcanizing machine, and the choice of molding, injection pressing or injection molding is more common. When rubber clip cloth produces full clip cloth seals, the preformed parts can be vulcanized directly; The vulcanization molding of some clip sealing parts prepared by recycled rubber is generally done in the upper mold with rubber fiber preforming parts, the lower mold with rubber fiber forming parts, and then loaded with rubber billet after vulcanization. The vulcanization molding of the reclaimed rubber sealing parts can also be carried out in the injection vulcanization machine, and the automatic operation of the mold closing, vacuuming and opening is realized. When necessary, the second stage vulcanization is needed. The rubber clip cloth needs to be trimmed after it is made, and the whole clip cloth seal can be washed away by a punch. There is no need to trim the flangeless structure part of some cloth seals, and the rubber part needs to be trimmed by cutting method.
